We are a small family business. Our puddings and cakes are all handmade and individually wrapped on our premises in the beautiful Buckland Valley near Bright in the Alpine High Country. We benefit from clean, fresh air and pure mountain spring water (in which the puddings are steamed) and hope to bring some of the goodness directly to you with our products.

Our products are stocked in fine food outlets, delis and selected butcher shops in various locations including Leo’s Fine Food in Kew; King & Godfree, Sciclunas; Rainbow Meats plus many other great shops.

We supply food service puddings for catering & restaurant use. Also the individual single serve puddings are an ideal staff gift at Christmas functions and look great on the tables, when placed at each setting.

Both the fruit cakes & plum puddings are easy to store – no need to refrigerate.

They also have a long shelf life and flavours mature with time.
